Organizational Structure

Nhat Tam charity fund is gathered from 3 main sources:
- Member of Nhat Tam Charity Group
- Friends of members, or Facebook followers
- Companies with charity budgets

This account is only used to receive donations and transfer money for Nhat Tam Group's charity activities. This account is managed by 2 members: Group Leader - Duong Mai Thanh and Logistics - Ma Thi Minh Hao, to check messages and track the amount to and from the account. When receiving any donation, Thanh or Hao will confirm with the sender by SMS or email and update the general tracking file. The distribution of donations to the fund will be categorized by the donator's bank transfer message. If there is no information, Group Leader will place that money into the most urgent/needed projects. The Leader / Vice Leader will send a bcc email to all members of the Group to update the fund once a week when there is a project.

1. The Vice Leader in charge of each program works with places or people in need and proposes activities, allocates budget and shares with Nhat Tam Group's Regular Members.

2. The Group's Regular Members feedbacks and agrees on action.

3. The Group Leader / Vice Leader in charge of the program sends bcc emails to all members informing the plan and cost allocation within 5 days before the trip for final comments.

4. If there is any other opinion from the members, the Group Leader will discuss with the Vice Leader and decides.

5. The Vice Leader in charge of the program contacts logistics members to purchase and arrange necessary services.

6. Logistics members collect the invoices, scan, save files and send them back to the Leader and Vice Leader of the program no later than 3 days after the trip.

7. The Leader / Vice Leader in charge of the program sends summary emails to all members latest 1 week after the trip.
